I'm an 18 year old singer/songwriter from London and have had a passion for music and performing ever since I can remember. Having just finished studying Music, Art and Psychology at College, I am now free to pursue what I genuinely love and put all of my energy into it.

I listen to so many different genres of music depending on what mood I am in or what impact I want it to have on me, ranging from Fleetwood Mac and Joni Mitchell, to 80s music, current rap and pop, to current smaller acoustic bands and artists.

All the above artists and styles have contributed to my own individual writing and performing style, which I believe is a major positive and means I sound like no other artist out there.

I remember the first time I sang in front of a large audience, at the age of 8 at a family friend's wedding. I sung 'Fallin' by Alicia Keys - it was my favourite song back then. This performance wasn't planned, I was so nervous, considering backing out but as soon as I started singing I was loving it and didnt want the song to end!!

After this experience, I always had in the back of my head the desire to perform. I think there is something so special about performing music to an audience, regardless of size, a message or emotion is shared through a wide variety of aspects of the music, which can't be shared in any other way.

Through taking part in a harmony group for 7 years of school, playing lead roles in musicals, and more recently performing solo at local gigs events, I have gained so much experience in performing and connecting with an audience. Not only this, but my confidence has grown massively which I feel plays a big part performing to an audience.

I also have a lot of experience in recording in the studio, having recorded vocals for a number of students coursework projects. I have also just finished recording an album with some of my closest friends, working with a local producer earlier this summer.

In future I hope that I can expand this experience further and continue to grow as not only a musician but also as an individual, which I believe come hand in hand.
